Q. What should I bring or wear for a maternity session?
A. Choose items with good color, texture (knits, ruffles, denim) and
accessories. Think coordinating, not matching. Wear clothing that
really shows off that belly! Empire styles dresses are beautiful and
show of the your belly nicely, form fitting tank tops with a over
sweater adds layers and texture to an image. It doesn't hurt to be over
prepared, bring several outfits to change into. Also bring the
ultrasound, baby shoes, anything sentimental to incorporate into images.
Q. What should I bring and what should I expect for a newborn session?
A. In most images the baby will be wearing nothing at all. But bring any
outfits or props (hats, tutus, bows) you have and want to use. I have
tons of this stuff too! If you have any blankets, or sentimental things
you would like me to use bring them as well. Expect it to be a slow
process. We work around the baby's mood. A calm, sleeping baby is what
we want so bring pacifiers, formula or be prepared to nurse.
Q. What should I bring or wear to a senior session?
A. Bring anything pertaining to any activity you are involved in
(football, guitar, etc), bring several outfits to change into. Feel free
to bring a close friend or two!
