{exciting news}

Tori and Co. is excited to announce a partnership with Shoots for a Cure (formerly known as Think Pink Photography). Think Pink Photography was founded in October 2007 to support individuals and their families who have been touched by breast cancer. We are a charitable organization that serves two main purposes – celebrating life and supporting the cause. Recently, we changed our name and our support. We now want to support ALL cancer patients, not just breast cancer.

Through our professional photographer network, we are helping cancer patients to celebrate life with charitable photography sessions. Individuals may choose to document their fight against the disease before or during treatment, or prefer to capture their victory by scheduling a session within 12 months after treatment is completed. Photographers world-wide are now available to donate time and talent to celebrate life and support the cause. There is no cost or obligation to the cancer patient. Clients participating in a Shoots for a Cure session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of 10 small prints from the session. They will also receive a discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.

To support the cause, we donate and fundraise for The American Cancer Society and the Susan G Komen Foundation. All funds generated through donations and various fundraising efforts are paid directly to The American Cancer Society, the Susan G Komen Foundation, in our name, or used 100% for marketing and awareness of our program.
Please subscribe to our blog (on the Shoots for a Cure website) and tell your friends and family about Shoots for a Cure. Awareness is everything and we can’t be successful without you.

I encourage you to view our website, make a donation, or hire a photographer that supports Shoots for a Cure! If you hire me, mention Shoots for a Cure and I will make a personal donation to the organization. If you, or someone you know, would like to schedule a Shoots for a Cure session, please contact me for details.

I am very proud to be a network photographer with Shoots for a Cure, and am anxious to get the word out about this amazing program. For more information, you can contact me, or you can visit the Shoots for a Cure website at http://shootsforacure.com

Ashley is a former classmate and friend of my daughter's and Mark plays for the same football league as my son. I've heard Tony is a great coach, I wish Jarret could of played on his team with Mark. I was excited when April asked me to take their holiday photos! They are one good looking family and I'd say very photogenic, wouldn't you agree? We had some good laughs during the session, thanks to my dog walker/assistant/daughter.

Brooke's job was to attract the attention of the dogs. We quickly learned she not only couldn't snap her fingers, but she also can't making the "kissing" sound with her lips! I love this photo because we were all laughing so hard.. Candids are great reminders of good memories.

And since we're talking about Brooke, here she is doing her job well and looking super excited to be doing it!

Miss {M} - Senior

This senior is my neighbor, and she needed photos ASAP for her announcements. We snapped off a few at my home and the park by our house. She is so pretty!

Miss {A}

To get one decent photo of her I have to take a dozen silly faced ones! She's smart, she makes these faces so she can see them on my screen..

Handsome hockey player

I decided to make canvases with photos of my kids using this tutorial. Once I started going thru my images I realized that I didn't have one that I wanted to use of one of my sons. He plays for the Squirt Minor Team at Oceanside Ice Arena, so I decided to go there for his photos. The team colors are red, white and blue. A wall in the "warm room" is painted with those colors so I knew I wanted to use that for one of the photos. I was pretty happy with how they turned out and I can now make his canvas.
